How do I place an order?



Placing an order with TriVashion is simple and easy. Just click on "shop" and add items to your cart.  Once you are done shopping, just choose your preferred shipping and pay using our gateway or use your personal credit card. That was easy! And you are done.

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $200.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.


You may select from Standard Shipping (2-10 business days), 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, or 1 Business Day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. We use USPS for international addresses. We use UPS exclusively for expedited orders.  If an order is expedited, a physical address will be needed since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders.

 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. TriVashion will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Cost is $6 if the order is under $200. It is free for orders over $200.

3 Day Shipping:
All 3 Business Days orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 3 Business Days orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. 3 Business Days orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Cost is $12.  3 Business Days is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

2 Day Shipping:
All 2 Business Days orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 2 Business Days orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Cost is $15.  2 Business Days is available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Overnight Shipping:
Orders placed with 1 Business Day must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 p.m. ET. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Cost is $25.  Overnight shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. 

Lost Packages:

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.  Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.  However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

Signature Required:

When an order is valued at $200 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly. 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

We are not currently shipping Internationally. If you would like an order shipped internationally, please contact our customer service department for shipping cost and terms.

Your privacy is super important to us! TriVashion is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a safe and secure online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to www.trivashion.com, as well as any other website owned by TriVashion or communication sent by TriVashion. It discloses the kinds of information we gather, how we may use it, and how we may share it. Please read it carefully. It may be modified periodically. TriVashion Collects Personal Information:

We collect personally identifiable information to fulfill your orders, tell you about new products and deals, and provide you with an amazing shopping experience. That personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and financial information. We value your trust in us and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and the security of your transactions.

TriVashion does not retain financial information, other than possibly the last four digits of your credit card number. Our payment gateway is managed by PayPal. If you enter your credit card information on our site, PayPal will process the transaction and retain a record of it. TriVashion keeps no record of your full credit card number. If you checkout using your personal  bank card or PayPal account, then that organization will process the transaction using financial information you have previously provided to it.

Information that you submit about yourself may be used by TriVashion to provide you requested services, communicate with you about TriVashion products, improve your online experience, or support our continuing efforts to offer you the information and services you want most. TriVashion does provide aggregate statistics and information about our sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties. We also reserve the right to share aggregate statistical data of which your personal information is a part, as well as your specific personal information sometime in the future.

In addition, TriVashion may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, when TriVashion, in its sole discretion believes that you are in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or when you violate any state or federal laws, or TriVashion in its sole discretion deems it necessary or appropriate to protect the personal safety of other users of TriVashion services or to protect the rights or property of TriVashion.

EMAIL:

We know you love email! And we love to tell you about new arrivals. So we send emails to notify customers about new arrivals and special events. New arrivals can happen twice a day, so we may send ten or more emails per week. You will only receive emails if you opt in to our email marketing. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or by sending a request to trivashion@gmail.com. We may send you emails to confirm your order, send tracking information, or to communicate with you specifically about your order, or in response to a question either to our email, chat, or any of our social media accounts.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA:

We are active on many social media sites and we love to spend time with you there. Please know that we cannot constantly monitor our social media pages and that any information that you share may be viewed by others.

 

COOKIES:

TriVashion uses “cookies” to identify visitors to our website. Cookies are bits of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies can enhance your online experience by automatically saving your preferences. We use cookies because they help us to provide you a better online experience. The information we collect through the use of cookies does allow TriVashion to know when and for how long you logged on to the TriVashion website, so that we can try to understand how to better serve your needs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:



TriVashion’s Boutique does not offer refunds. If for some reason you need to return an item we will be happy to do an exchange for equal or more value only. All exchanges will need to be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. You must have the original tags attached to the merchandise. The item must NOT be worn, altered, or washed for any reason and found in its original content. Customers are responsible for all returned shipping cost. All jewelry will be a final sale and marked down seasonal items will be final sale as well. No exchanges or returns on final sale items and jewelry. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
